MOTORCYCLE HIRE NOTES

1. Rental collection and returns are by appointment only.

2. Agreed hire period to be paid in full 30 days prior to commencement date to establish and hold a reservation.

3. A minimum deposit of $100 or 20% of the agreed hire period required for bookings more than 30 days from commencement date.

4. Cancelation fees are Nil up to 7 days prior and $100 or 20% of the total fee, whichever the greater within 7 days or less and 100% on day of hire.

5. Collection & Return times are Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm

6. Returns up to 2 hours late will be charged $100.00. Returns later than 2 hours will be charged a full “Day Rate”.

7. Motorcycles returned without a full tank of min 95 Octane fuel will be charged $50.00.

8. Alarm Fob / Key / Disc Lock lost or damaged will be charged to replace (P.O.A).

9. Security Bond / Excess to be paid in full or credit card pre-authorised prior to release of motorcycle.

10. Payments can be made via Cash / Internet Funds Transfer / Eftpos / MasterCard / Visa / American Express (2.0% surcharge applies to MasterCard / Visa / American Express) ONLY.

11. Security Bond / Excess payments via MasterCard or Visa (Pre-authorisation) will not be deducted from account unless damage to motorcycle incurs. (Conditions Apply)

12. Foreign currency rate changes or delays in Pre-authorisation returns are beyond the control of WCMH.
