By signing this document, I confirm I have read the Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions (T&C’s) carefully and I agree to be bound by the T&C’s unconditionally.

I confirm that all features of the motorcycle and the daily inspection requirements have been explained to me in detail by WCMH.

I understand that not returning this motorcycle and any riding gear issued, returning them in a damaged condition, beyond the stipulated time or without a full thank of fuel will incur additional charges as per WCMH Terms & Conditions and the Price Guide.

I confirm I hold the appropriate class of motorcycle license without any restriction and that I have held that license for a minimum of 1 year (L.A.M.S. Excluded).

I have not had my driver’s licence cancelled, endorsed or suspended within the last three years.
